About the Firm and Aaron

You generally only need an attorney when something bad has happened--you are charged with a crime, you are being sued or need to sue, or someone close to you has died. 

Regardless of whether you are calling me at the beginning or after you hired another attorney, this is still a stressful time. To reduce the stress, your attorney must know the law, understand what you want, understand what the other side wants and be able to execute your goals in court. 

Aaron Currin Law exists to accomplish these goals. By contacting Aaron Currin Law you will speak to Aaron Currin, an attorney who has been in the courtroom just about everyday since 2004. He has primarily focused on criminal law in two states--Kentucky and Idaho. Aaron has represented clients charged with felonies and  misdemeanors all throughout Kentucky.  He has also represented juveniles in juvenile courts.

Since 2009, Aaron has also represented clients charged with the death penalty, where he has represented approximately 30 clients facing the death penalty. Since 2004 he has tried approximately 30 jury trials, mostly felonies. A few of his cases were also reversed on appeal.
